Handpiece Care and Lubrication


CARE

• Clear chip air and water tubes with clean out wire.
• Clean hose connector threads with gauze and brush
• Never exceed 38psi air pressure during operation.
• On standard chuck models, avoid over tightening or over loosening chuck
• Do not exceed 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes in autoclave.
• Never operate without bur secured in chuck.
  
  

LUBRICATION

• Insert bur into chuck and tighten
• Inject lubricant into drive air tube-spray or drops.

• Connect air supply line.
• Expel any excess lubricant into clean paper towel.
• Repeat above process if discharge is discolored.
• Sterilize handpiece.
